What you're buying. The Second Brain Build is a live online training event. Your ticket grants one person access to the live session on the scheduled date. The VIP upgrade additionally includes the live Brain Audit session, the Starter Vault and Content Engine Prompt Pack digital materials, and the masterclass replay. Dates and times are stated at checkout; if we must reschedule, your ticket transfers automatically and we'll notify you by email.
Refunds. Refund requests are honored in full up to 48 hours before the live event begins. After that point (including no-shows), tickets are non-refundable — the event is capacity-limited and your seat was held. To request a refund, email [email protected].
No earnings claims. Nothing in this training is a promise or guarantee of results or earnings. We teach systems and methods that have worked for us and people we've trained; your results depend entirely on your own effort, circumstances, and follow-through. Most people who buy any training get no results at all because they don't implement.
Not professional advice. Content is educational and general in nature. It is not legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Consult qualified professionals for your specific situation.
Materials and license. All course materials, templates, prompts, and recordings are the intellectual property of Ravensa Systems, Inc. and are licensed to you for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them. The systems you build in the class — your vault, your files, your content — are yours.
Third-party tools. The training references third-party software and AI services (each governed by its own terms and pricing, which may change). We are not affiliated with, nor do we control, those providers.
Conduct. We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts a live session; removed participants remain subject to the refund terms above.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravensa Systems, Inc.'s total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
